1. start a mozilla
2. view the url http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/reviewers.html
3. you'll see something like attachment.

Calvin, what is the exact build ID (see yout Mozilla window title bar)?
Please try clearing your cache (via preferences) and 'hard' reloading (hold
'shift' while clicking on the 'reload' button.
Is this problem still reproducable afterwards?

It's build 2003012315, a nightly build.
