STR, on Firefox for Android:

• Click on attachment details, in a way that opens the new modal popup.
• Change something like approval-mozilla-beta to ? (so that it shows the form). Probably other forms are affected.
• Form seems to work, but as soon as you touch one of the [yes|no|unknown] buttons, the form goes blank and unscrollable. Maybe trying to scroll to an invisible checkbox?

It might be a Firefox bug, but it's hard to say because I can't log-in in Chrome to test it (about to file that).

Ok in chrome after managing to log in, the page shifts but the form doesn't become invisible.

I think panning-and-zooming is the right component for this "zoom-to-focused-input" stuff. There could be a bugzilla-side fix for the shifting in chrome as well I guess but that doesn't make the page unusable.
