Problem: Cannot login to Hotmail.com

Environment: WinNT4.0SP4 using a manual proxy configuration.

The browser prompts me for the autofill information, which I fill out, but when
I click "Sign On" it does not proceed to the next page.

Here's a simplified example that demonstrates the problem. Of course I have no
idea what the server is supposed to do. But with the 4.x browser the server
reports an error (so I'll take that as being the correct behavior) whereas in
seamonkey there is no response from the server (incorrect behavior). By
monitoring the traffic, it appears as though nothing is being sent to the server
in the seamonkey case.

Oh, this is an https site. That explains it. The https protocol is not
implemented in mozilla. Bug is invalid!

verified - ssl will be available for beta, but not yet, sorry
This refers to the Netscape beta, not Moz milestone builds, I assume.
