Build 2003012404 on Windows seeing on 2003012308 on Linux- ok on Mac OS X

1. launch build
2. tools/switch profile
3. choose different profile

actual result: nothing
expected result: application closes, relaunches with newly selected profile

There was a JS component that was not added to the packaging lists, so it's not
yet working except on Mac (where that component has always been packaged) The
packaging fix was checked in this morning at 07:33.

looks ok on Windows- haven't seen a later Linux build yet- will verify when I
see that working

Fix checked in. It was added to OS/2 already. Heck, it was even added to unix
and win static builds. How I missed regular unix, ...
