Steps to Reproduce:
There is a problem with YouTube not loading resolutions higher than 360p when media.mediasource.enabled is set to false. I created different profiles and disabled all blockers, but it still doesn't get higher than 360p. There have been reports on Reddit and Twitter about the same problem.

You shouldn't disable MSE on Youtube, that is the way how they serve different resolution videos.
