I had to fresh-install Windows to revert to a stable build. It looks like it is not related to third party antivirus/ VPN however, it is related to an unknown extension. The browser completely went out of control once I logged into my Firefox account and browser extensions started to load. I wanted to report it using the methods kindly suggested, however I couldn't use the browser UI at all. It seems I need some kind of debugger to "sample" the issue at that point.
I am not sure the bug is valid anymore, since it is related to an extension.

Closing since the reporter indicates this is related to an extension.
Note that the extensions implicated by the profile to me are: PrivacyPass, PasswordMaker Pro and LibRedirect
It's hard for me to say for certain which one, but PrivacyPass is the most likely candidate, hopefully that will help you locally resolve the issue.

Absolutely related to extension, I will check privacy pass and report it to cloudflare.
Sorry if time wasted.
