Steps to reproduce

1. Reach about:preferences#experimental page.
2. Enable the AI Chat integration.
3. Select the ChatGP AI provider and login.
4. Uncheck the AI chat integration.

Expected result

• The Sidebar should close when the user Disables the feature.

Actual result

• The AI chat sidebar remains opened when the user disables the feature.

Should this be addressed sooner as we'll be exposing sidebar.revamp in firefox labs? Disabling chatbot also removes the tool icon making it trickier to close chat.

Restarting the browser after disabling the feature from Firefox Labs while the Chatbot panel is opened will still show it after restart as a Blank panel.

Detect enabled switched to false and close sidebar if on chatbot.
