Steps to reproduce:

after tb has been open for more than a day. the automatic filter response does not work properly. example - incoming messages are not filtered and therefore just sit in the inbox. SOMETIMES running the "apply filters to this folder" works, bu then a few days later no manual method (even with the filters open) does not work.
