we now have zstd support, and instagram/facebook pageload would capture this.
However we will need to update our mitmproxy version to capture these changes in an upcoming release which will include a fix there

We currently do not have a test account for Facebook, so if that's still the case when bug 1890307 is resolved we might want to split this into two tasks so that we can at least re-record Instagram.
