Similar to Bug 1904389, handle the infobar dashboards so that inline CTR values show the correct value over the entire dashboard length.

Steps to take:

  • Fork the infobar dashboard and update the code to point to it
  • Make a similar CTR/impressions element (as seen in Bug 1904389) and add it to the forked dashboard
  • Update the code to pull its data from the new summary element
  • Update the code to display inline CTR data instead of showing "Dashboard"
  • Add/update tests as necessary
