STR:
- Holding your phone in landscape mode, using Firefox-for-Android: view some IMDB page that has a video, e.g. this one:
https://www.imdb.com/video/vi1277475865/ - Skip or wait out any ads, and then tap "Unmute" on the videos so that the Play/Pause & Next buttons show up as overlays.
- Now rotate your phone to portrait mode.
ACTUAL RESULTS:
The video controls don't scale down; they're too big (as big as they were when we were in landscape mode, I think?) and they awkwardly linewrap as a result. See upcoming screenshots. (If you reload the page, then they do scale down.)
EXPECTED RESULTS:
Video controls should dynamically scale down when you rotate your phone, and shouldn't require a reload.
NOTES:
- Not yet sure if this is a site bug or a Firefox bug, but it's looking like a Firefox bug, because Firefox-with-a-Chrome-UA-string still gives ACTUAL RESULTS. Whereas Chrome itself gives EXPECTED RESULTS.
- We also hit this same issue when returning from fullscreen to portrait mode, if you tap the next icon after entering fullscreen (to get a fresh load of a page while in that mode).

Aha, this only reproduces if I have uBlock origin installed and enabled on imdb. If I disable uBlock origin, then I get EXPECTED RESULTS.
So it's likely that the video-controls-resizing-logic happens via some script or event that gets blocked as a side effect of whatever uBlock origin ends up blocking on imdb.
So: not a Firefox bug; this is from one of the uBlock origin block-lists being a bit overzealous (and/or IMDB relying on some functionality in one of their ad-related scripts to do this video-control-resizing).

Attached a screenshot/screencast for the record, in case we run across this (or another way of hitting this) on IMDB in other bug reports. But for now I don't think we need to do anything here, aside from possibly sorting out what filter is causing trouble from uBlock origin here. (But that's probably not a high priority.)
