Expected Behavior:
Desktop mode is kept

Actual Behavior:
On tablet defaults to mobile site

Notes:

  • Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, Firefox Release
  • Does not reproduce in Chrome
