Prerequisites

Have a clean build installed on Android 13.

Steps to reproduce

1. Visit a file uploading website (e.g https://ps.uci.edu/~franklin/doc/file_upload.html or http://www.csm-testcenter.org/test?do=show&subdo=common&test=file_upload )
2. Tap on "browse" or "choose a file" button.
3. Observe the behaviour.

Expected behavior

An Android prompt is displayed, asking for music and audio permission.

Actual behavior

No permission prompt is displayed when uploading media files.

Device information

• Firefox version: 128.b9, Nighlty 129.0a1 from 30.06.2024
• Android device model: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra (Android 14); Google Pixel 6 (Android 15)
