Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:129.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/129.0
Steps to reproduce:
Build Firefox without PGO (Profile Guided Optimization)
Actual results:
It is somewhat unusual, but I have observed a peculiar behavior in the process of building Firefox. Specifically, when compiling Firefox without the use of the PGO (Profile-Guided Optimization) option, the HTTP/3 protocol appears to function correctly. However, when PGO is enabled, it appears that HTTP/3 is completely unable to operate. I would appreciate understanding the underlying cause of this issue.

Changing the company name and legal copyright solved the problem.
