We have examples where the same issue applies to multiple (sub)domains using the same product. Currently we can only have one URL per site report, but we'd like some way to link these issues so that we can do diagnosis once, but also correctly rank the overall impact of the issue for all the sites it affects.

We could, for example, try to do something like have a extra-urls field in the user story to allow setting >1 URL per report, and update the ETL and SQL to handle this. Or we could use site reports linked in "See Also" to mean "these probably all have the same root cause".
