Since the GRE fix for the /content/newserver.xul Bug ID 190151 , when I visit
any SSL site I get prompted with a dialog saying that the site could not be
verify as a Trusted Site.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install latest build
2. Visit ssl website
Actual Results:  
Receive prompt from every secure site about trusted site.

Expected Results:  
Should only receive for sites that can't be trusted.
