Pushing the GO button ( blue horizontal bar, not the go button for Search )
results in a new, blank window.  This should hold some picture & text ( does so
in IE ).
At the GO button, an connect goes to https://finance.fortisbusiness.com:443 some
verisign certificate gets handled.   (Possibly the certificate is longer valid
then the verisign certificate ( warning shows in IE ).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.http://www.fortisbusiness.com/service/securities/securities.jhtml
2.Press GO button ( Securities Portfolio )
3.Watch a blank window gets opened.  Nothing after that.

Actual Results:  
stall, nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Show some logo and text in the newly opened window. ( Fortis bank logo in upper
left corner, 2 crossed keys in the center, dutch,french & english "isabel
connection to Fortis Bank ).  Isabel is an application that should be installed
locally.  IE downloads is_getNewTimeStamp.asp, suppose that the isabel
application needs it.

Tested on NT4, XP, Linux  Mozilla 1.2.1 and 1.3a

website seems gone now...
Is this now working ?
Fortis is now BNP Paribas, and this site no longer exists - replaced with a redirect to http://www.merchant.fortisbank.com/page.aspx/2 which seems to work.
