For Firefox 130 it would be nice to enable the gfx.webrender.svg-filter-effects pref and let it ride the trains.

This bug will be referenced by a few WPT test meta files, so once the pref is enabled with certainty it won't be backed out, we can delete those meta files (as only PASS is expected).

Looks like bug 1905611 enabled the pref for all channels.
Worth duping this bug over? Or maybe better to use this standalone bug to enable the pref?

Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]: Many graphics-heavy websites that performed very slowly in Firefox will be faster.
[Affects Firefox for Android]: Yes.
[Suggested wording]: Starting with Firefox 132, WebRender hardware accelerated rendering is used for most SVG Filter Primitives, this should improve performance of certain graphics-heavy content. Accelerated filters are feBlend, feColorMatrix, feComponentTransfer, feComposite, feDropShadow, feFlood, feGaussianBlur, feMerge and feOffset. This feature has been in Nightly since Firefox 130.
