Bug 1907443 - Exchange autodiscover authentication failures no longer handled correctly. r=benb

Looks like this patch was filed in error via typo on the fourth digit on this bug (i.e., 6 vs. 7).

I wasn't sure how to break the Phabricator Automation link with this bug, since I've never done it before. I just tried editing the Phabricator revision's Bugzilla Bug ID field. 🤞 Apparently, resubmitting the patch with a corrected bug number in the title is not sufficient!
