Steps to reproduce

1. Reach the payment form on https://www.carrefour.com.ar/
2. Fill in manually all the CC info and submit the form
3. Refresh the browser

Expected result

• Save Credit Card doorhanger should be displayed upon form submit.

Actual result

• Save Credit Card doorhanger is displayed upon form submit only after restart.
