After some indeterminate amount of usage, FizzillaMach/2003012503 starts using
too much CPU usage, averaging over 50% total usage even without any windows open.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Browse some sites
2. Access an SSL IMAP e-mail account and some news servers
3. Continue steps 1 and 2 for some time, occasionally closing all windows and
checking CPU usage.
Actual results:
Mozilla's CPU usage at idle with no windows open rises from minimal to over 50%.
Expected results:
Mozilla's CPU usage at idle should remain mostly constant, and low.
Reproducibility:
Have experienced more than once; have not been able to determine any actual
steps to reproduce, however.
