ESR 128 does not support "browser.tabs.firefox-view" causing the firefox-view button to reappear on old profiles.

Steps to reproduce:

Upgraded from ESR 115 to ESR 128

Actual results:

The firefox-view button reappeared despite setting "browser.tabs.firefox-view" to "false"

Expected results:

The firefox-view button should not have reappeared. System administrators use the "browser.tabs.firefox-view" setting to control firefox-view across multiple systems.

It's possible to disable for new profiles setting the defaultPref for "browser.uiCustomization.state" to not include "firefox-view-button"

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Firefox View' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Reproduced on Windows 11 with Firefox 115.13.0esr build, upgrade with pave over to Firefox 128.0esr, the Firefox-view button reappeared, despite setting "browser.tabs.firefox-view" to "false".
I will set this issue status to "new".
