Is this a problem with a current Mozilla build (like 1.2.1)?

Mail from Reporter:
I installed 1.2.1, but had the same result. In addition, I now seem
unable to reach http://www.gm.com through the address bar. I get a
message that it was timed out while attempting to connect. I have no
idea whether the two problems are related, but I used to be able to type
gm in the address bar and press control and enter; the browser would add
http://www. and .com and take me to the home page. Now I get to google
search, and even then when I click the gm home page link, I get the
timed out message also.
Sorry it took me so long to get back.. I assume the problems are still
happening? (to reply, just go to this bug page and use the web form).

OK, update. Loading the main site works fine according to Herbert; the original
problem remains.
I'm betting this is one of three things:
A) Cookies problem
B) form submission problem
C) problem with the site
Herbert, could you do one more thing? In a DOS prompt, type:
set NSPR_LOG_MODULES=nsHttp:5
set NSPR_LOG_FILE=c:\log.txt
(make sure log.txt does not already exist, of course; change the filename as
needed).
Then run Mozilla from that DOS prompt. Load the minimal number of pages you
have to to reproduce the error (the logging is very verbose and a long log is
very hard to read). Then zip up the log and attach it to this bug using
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?bugid=190715&action=enter

GM has recently revised its GM Card web page. The problem of being unable to
download my account information has now disappeared, and using Mozzilla 1.3, I
am able to download my account information.

Herbert, are you saying that the problem is no longer reproducible?
I think that's what the reporter meant. Marking WORKSFORME. If this bug has been
closed in error, please reopen.
