190723 - Mozilla hangs when pasting text that was copied from remote desktop into the message body

Mozilla hangs when pasting text into the message body.  Almost all of these
hangs have occured when one or more remote desktop sessions are open to other
systems and text has been copied from one of these remote windows.  

A successful workaround has been to open up something like notepad and paste the
text there first, then copy the text again from notepad and paste it into mozilla.

Mozilla does not always hang, sometimes it will just not accept any pasted text.
 no error messages, just no response at all.   Other times it will hang mozilla
and sometimes even hang the entire OS.   

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open remote desktop to a win2000 server (xp or workstation may do the same)
2. highlight text anywhere in the remote session and copy to clipboard ^C
3. Click the message body area in the Mozilla composition window that was
already open on the local machine.
4. Press CTRL-V to paste.

Actual Results:  
On some occasions, nothing happens, no paste, no crash.

On other occasions, mozilla hangs and is unresponsive. endtask is necessary.

On other occassions, the OS (XP PRO) becomes unresponsive and a reset button
reboot is necessary.  This result is only about 10% of the time.

Expected Results:  
Accept the pasted text into the message body.
