Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to the site in IE, or even Konqueror seems to redender it better than
mozilla. or links (text mode)
2.see the form on the right and scrolers etc are missing and the page is very long
3.
Actual Results:  
nice form under the "Jobs" image

Expected Results:  
Form with "Italian localisation tester" listed as one item currently

Tech Evangelism. Author of this page do not finish support for DOM browsers, and
in function function place_layers() following code try to execute:

document.all.divDown.style.pixelTop = ppcm_top*4/4 + 303; // set last number
equal to desired initial top of DivDown
