The process of adding a remote calendar is like nothing that I see documented.

The page at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/creating-new-calendars shows screenshots that do not look like anything I see. I did eventually figure out that I should use {hamburger} -> New Account -> Calendar and then it would only show me options for creating a local or remote calendar. This is unhelpful because I wanted to create a new connection to a remote calendar, not a new account. But whatever. I created a remote calendar and put in the url (https://opencalaccess.org/my.ics) and checked that I would not need to authenticate. Then the calendar was loaded. But how do I unload it?

There is nowhere in the UI that I see a list of local and remote calendars that I have connected to. I would expect to go to such a list and find the calendar for "my.ics" and there would be some way to remove it from the list.

But where is that list? As far as I can tell, once I have connected to a remote calendar, that connection is there forever.

A side effect of this is that I cannot see a way to change the display color for a calendar. This is because I cannot see a list of calendars to pick one and do something to it. Unless I am missing this list.
