This makes it easier to figure out what WPT has added, to then be able to remove it.

PR 47163 applied with additional changes from upstream: ad94cb830eef8b8ff67a41820b3a61519d6d2dbd
The PR was not expected to affect any tests, but the try push wasn't a success. Check the try results for infrastructure issues
