The testcase screenshot here shows two copies of the test content for some reason, and the lower copy is the unexpected part.

This might be related to whatever's going wrong in bug 1912571, since they tests are in the same directory and are failing on the same android-em-7-0-x86_64-qr platform, and I observed some bizarre/unexpected content in the rendering in bug 1912571 comment 11.

I wonder if we've got some sort of general invalidation/stale-painting bug on this platform?

It's not just the testcase misrendering here; sometimes the reference case misrenders instead. I've got two examples from a recent try run:

Here, the testcase looks correct, and the reference case has the duplicated content as shown in comment 29.

Here, the testcase looks correct, and the reference case looks similar to comment 29, except with the lower duplicated/unexpected-portion clipped on its bottom edge and shifted rightwards.

This patch replaces the stale code-comment with an up-to-date one for the skip
annotation that I'm adding here.

The stale comment was documenting a fuzzy annotation that was removed long ago,
which was specific to non-webrender builds (which aren't possible / supported
at this point).

This test seems to be in the same rough situation as bug 1912571, so let's skip it on Android-emulator, to stop the onslaught[1] of test failures for now.

Note, a few of these have a single-random-pixel mismatch:
This one's got a single pixel about halfway down on the left side that's light gray in the reference case screenshot (when it should be white):

This patch replaces the stale code-comment with an up-to-date one for the skip
annotation that I'm adding here.

The stale comment was documenting a fuzzy annotation that was removed long ago,
which was specific to non-webrender builds (which aren't possible / supported
at this point).
