Password Cache dialogs have OK/Cancel buttons

Details
The password cache dialog boxes ask questions but have only OK and Cancel buttons. Really they should be Yes/No/Cancel. The correct English reponse to the question should be positive or negative, while cancelling the operation (eg go back, maybe pop up the prev. dialog [if any]) is different entirely. Its just a bit confusing, especially when it turns itself on the first time (eg Do you want it? Do you want it on this page? Do you want me to remember that you wanted it on for this page?) Cheers, Bruce

Would you be happy with Yes/No/Never. I already have a request in for that which I intend to use for this particular case. See bug 13228. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 13228 ***
