This needs a lot more detail in order to be actionable as a bug report. What kind of "stick notes"? Are we actually talking about Firefox? Firefox bookmarks persist beyond private browsing mode, which is explained in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/common-myths-about-private-browsing (which is linked from the opening private browsing new tab page).
