190921 - Improve visibility of downloads of other distributions on home page

To encourage their visibility for end users, the various browser distributions
based on Mozilla should be linked from the Mozilla.org home page. These
distributions include Galeon, K-Meleon, Chimera, Beonex, etc.

Some home page possibilities:

1. Add a link to the Distributions page
2. Add links directly to the distributions

Other ideas:
Add a link to the Distributions page from the Download page.

The basic idea is to communicate to the world that Mozilla.org has several great
browsers available for download, not just one.

(I have web tree CVS privs, so I can do this stuff; I opened this bug primarily
to solicit thoughts and ideas.)
