When I open the settings window it's blank. If I click Home and then General it populates with the content it should have populated with when I opened it. See attached video.

Probably relevant, error in the console when the settings page is opened:

Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: document.getElementById(...) is null
setEventListener chrome://browser/content/preferences/main.js:264
init chrome://browser/content/preferences/main.js:402
init chrome://browser/content/preferences/preferences.js:180
gotoPref chrome://browser/content/preferences/preferences.js:365
init_all chrome://browser/content/preferences/preferences.js:257
main.js:264:10

Can you reproduce the problem using a new Firefox profile? For guidance on creating a new profile, please refer to this link.
Does the issue persist if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? Thanks

Flags: needinfo?(jik)

I am no longer able to reproduce in my existing profile where it originally happened. The problem has spontaneously gone away.

This doesn't mean there isn't a bug; it just means whatever the bug is, it's intermittent.
