The feature for watch source code of a web site in android firefox is missing. It was in the menu in earlier versions . Is it a bug, or if not, why ?, how can developers as me learn new things watching the source code developed by other more experienced developers ? .

I think this is asking for "View Source" on mobile (Android, specifically) ?
We provide devtools on desktop, and you can connect to your mobile device from desktop devtools and inspect the mobile source code using those devtools. See https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/devtools-user/about_colon_debugging/index.html#about-colon-debugging-connecting-to-a-remote-device .
Adding devtools on Android in general is a feature request that is already tracked in https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/ideas/add-dev-tools-for-firefox-mobile/idi-p/38822 .
