Quicksearching for a specific word in body initially shows desired results, which immediately get overwritten with nonsense results

Steps to reproduce:

Filter messages by: Body.
Search for: "prognosis".

Actual results:

At first the right results appear, but before you can click any of them, the results get overwritten with a list of apparently unrelated results all the way from 2010 that don't even contain the searched word.

Expected results:

Listed the handful of recent emails which actually contained the word "prognosis", without immediately overwriting them with faulty results.

Do you get the same results if you do Edit > Find > Search messages ?
