For changes to code relating to Thunderbird design, could you please create a thunderbird-design-reviewers group containing:

Solange Valverde, https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/p/sol/
Laurel Terlesky https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/p/laurel/

Please also create a Herald rule to add the new group as a blocking reviewer for changes to ".css" and ".svg" files within comm-central, with the exception of this path which we don't want to be included in the rule:

third_party/**/*
