I'd like to split all these tests into a separate task and will apply a special environment variable MOZ_DISABLE_NONLOCAL_CONNECTIONS for them later in bug 1909952. The reason of adding that var is to enable DRM specific tests (bug 1527875), because the communication with the license server is blocked by default.
