After certain operations, menus will not open on the first click.  These
include: Tools->Switch profile; Edit->Preferences; View->Apply theme.  The menu
which was used for the operation will not open on the first click, it opens on
the second click.  Other m,enus still work correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Edit->preferences
2. Click OK
3. Click Edit
4. Click Edit again.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens on the first click.  The Edit menu opens on the second click.

Expected Results:  
The Edit menu should open on the first click.

A fix for this may just have been checked in: bug 189853

Can't repro anymore, with a fresh CVS build with the fix. Looks like a dup.

Definitely not a dup of bug 179567.  Could be a dupe of bug 189853, although I
could never reproduce that bug.  This bug still happens for me in 2003012804. 
Is this build too early to get the checkin?

Oh yes.. 2003012804 still has tbe bug. The fix was checked in over 15 hours
later, at 01/28/2003 19:41

The fix for bug 189853 has also fixed this bug.  Resolving as duplicate.
