Steps to reproduce:
Remove nav toolbar from custom tabs.... currently with both nav toolbar and address bar it looks ugly and big, besides there isn't much option in the nav toolbar just back/forward and open in Firefox which can be merged like previous implementation in a single toolbar.
Expected results:
There should be one toolbar like previous implementation in custom tabs

Thanks for the suggestion. Our UX designer will consider whether we want to show a different toolbar in custom tabs. Users expect to custom tabs to behave like their regular Firefox tabs, but some of the toolbar actions might not be relevant in custom tabs.

The upcoming toolbar redesign work will keep custom tab as is without the navigation bar.
