Steps to reproduce:
In Firefox nightly 130.0a1 (Build #2016034519) go to a website with enough content to require vertical scrolling (BBC News or DuckDuckGo results page, for example).
Zoom in (approximately 200%?).
Scroll down.
Actual results:
The website's content is obscured in a rectangular area just above the toolbar. This rectangle is (for the given example sites) the same colour as the page background.
This may be related to the fact that the toolbar is now at the bottom; it seems (but I have no idea if this is true) as if Firefox may intentionally not be rendering content that is covered by the toolbar, but is mistakenly expanding this "don't render" area proportionally to page zoom level because the greater the amount of zoom, the more area is obscured.
Expected results:
Content just above the toolbar should not be obscured.
