Description
The Full Page Translations panel intro header that shows the first-ever time someone sees the panel reverts to the regular header when the user switches languages (see attached video).
This has apparently existed since the first-ever release of Translations, and I'm not sure how we missed it before release.
I've marked this bug as S4 because it has existed so long, and we will likely be redesigning the look of the Full-Page Translations Panel which will no longer include this first-time intro experience.
Still, I felt it would be good to file this bug, whether it gets fixed in the meantime, or by the eventual removal of that experience entirely.

Marking these as wontfix since this is such a long-standing and non-critical bug.
