If you're looking at the "Symbol Upload File" page for a symbol file that was part of a try upload, the "Upload" section at the bottom of the page says:
Try Symbols: No
That's incorrect--it should say Try Symbols: Yes since the upload is a try upload.

My guess is that the API view code is missing setting some data bit and so then the frontend displays "No" instead of "Yes".
