Everytime I load Firefox the bookmarks sidebar is not shown.

Steps to reproduce:
Navigating thus View => Sidebar => Bookmarks I can bring it up. It will stay visible for the whole of my browser session. However, after I've closed this session and started another. the bookmark sidebar is missing again.
FF 128.0.3
OS Windows 11 Pro v 24H2 Build(26100.1297) & previous 24H2 builds.

Once selected, 'Bookmarks Sidebar' should always be shown on loading Firefox

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

How are exactly you closing the session? How many tabs do you have open?

I tried to reproduce the issue on Firefox Nightly 130.0a1 (2024-07-28), Firefox 129.0b9 and on Firefox 128.0.3 using Ubuntu 22.04 (x11), Windows 11 and macOS 14.4 while following the steps described in Comment 0, but unfortunately, I was unable to.
Could you please answer the following questions in order to further investigate this issue?
- Could you please detail the STR or post a screen recording of the issue (maybe I'm missing something)?
- Does this issue happen with a new profile? Here is a link on how to create one: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles
- Does this issue happen in the latest nightly? Here is a link from where you can download it: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/
