Preconditions:
• must be logged in
• must have chat history
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://www.bing.com/chat
- Click on any of the recent chats on the right side of the page.
Expected Behavior:
The chats open.
Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens.
Notes:
- Screen rec attached
- Reproducible regardless of the ETP status
- Not Reproducible on Firefox Nightly

Looks like they've redesigned the website since this bug was filed -- https://www.bing.com/chat now redirects to https://copilot.microsoft.com/ , which looks quite different from the screencast in comment 0.
In the new design, the "recent chats" button is a "backwards-arrow-around-a-clock" icon at the left side of the text-entry widget (at the bottom), and it works just fine in Firefox ESR 115 for me, while signed in to my Microsoft Account.
