Using trunk build 20030128 on winxp, macosx and linux the account setting window
is displaying IMAP options in POP account panels.
1. Launch app, add a IMAP account
2. View the IMAP account Server panel
Result: There are 2 POP options in that panel- Leave messages on Server and
Delete messages from server when they are deleted or moved from Inbox.
These options should be hidden, can confuse the user into thinking they setup
their account as a POP account since these are POP options not IMAP
