Steps to reproduce:

When I use encrypted DNS in Firefox browser settings, use Enhanced Protected Mode, and select Firefox's built-in cloudflare DNS, and then it shows that it is not enabled, that is, it cannot connect to DNS, but after entering the URL of cloudflare DNS in Custom DNS, it shows that it can be enabled. My region is in China。The cloudflare DNS link I use is https://dns.cloudflare.com/dns-query。

Actual results:

I can't use the built-in cloudflare DNS, but I can enter cloudflare's link in the custom DNS and then I can use cloudflare DNS. I am based in China. I suspect it's your built-in Cloudflare DNS link that's wrong, if you can, replace it with the Cloudflare DNS link I provided.The cloudflare DNS link I'm using is https://dns.cloudflare.com/dns-query

The expected result should be to successfully enable Cloudflare DNS, which is built into the Firefox browser.I don't know if I can make a suggestion by the way, but I also have a suggestion to build in a cloudflare DNS that uses DNS over Oblivious HTTP. Hi reporter,

The default TRR URL is https://mozilla.cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query, which is different than the one you set in custom DNS.
Is it possible that mozilla.cloudflare-dns.com is blocked by your ISP? If yes, there is probably not much we can do.
