Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://www.sc.com/hk/
  2. Contact an agent from the bottom right corner

Expected Behavior:
The window displayed redirects you to an agent

Actual Behavior:
When you try to contact an agent a browser unsupported message is displayed

Open the AI chatbot, lower right. Click Continue. Type "Dispute a charge", select How to dispute a credit card charge. At the bottom will be the Chat with an Agent button.
It's available 9am-9pm I assume in Hong Kong time, so outside that time you can't test it I think.

Using Chrome Mask will show the chat and it seems to be functional, so I think this could be fixed with an intervention.

@twisniewski That's strange, I could still reproduce this using the same STRs in both Stable and Nightly and also confirmed again that I can get to the chat when I enable Chrome Mask.
