User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 After Administrator on Win2K Pro installed Moz 1.2.1, and set various preferences, a different user logged on and was able to run Moz, but when he went to set his own preferences, only those on the base page of Preferences were accessible because the Category pane was blank. This was not the case for Administrator, both before and after; he could see the tree in the Category pane just fine. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Moz 1.2.1 as Administrator on Win2K. 2. Change login to another user (may have Admin privileges or not). 3. Look at Edit | Preferences dialog; Category pane is empty. Actual Results: Emptiness. Expected Results: Shown same tree as for Administrator. All defaults, new system, Athlon XP 2K, 1GB RAM, 60GB IDE disk.
