I experienced this problem intermittently for a few weeks, but don't see it any more. Yuval, can you try with the latest nightly build?

I changed it so that whenever stop is pressed while there's a zombie document, the page scripts are stopped. It was a fix for bug 181910 -- Click on link in zombie doc during "Transferring", onload won't fire for loaded document. Reporter: does force-reload (control+f5) help?
I switched to v1.3a, and vio-la! The bug is gone. Sorry, can't check the Ctrl+f5 on v1.2.1 any more ;-)
