In Mac, IME window does not turn off at each window (Browser or Composer) exits. Steps of reproduce 1. Start Browser (at this time, keyboard is US English) 2. Open Composer 3. Turn on KOTOERI by key stroke or select menu 4. Type some Japanese 5. Close Comoposer Look at the Browser window. IME window remains open but keyboard is go back to US English. Then, if you exit Apprunner and start Browser again, keyboard will mix up. Tested 11-16-12 MAC build. Notice that the keyboard is US English in the menu, but IME window still is Open.
I can't reproduce this with Mac 11-16-12-M11 bld under MacOS 8.6J and MacOS 8.6+JLK. In Mac, when an input method is selected it stays that way until user switches to another, and that's how this bld behaves here.

teruko is referred to the IME control window. not the preedit window. It looks confusing, but I don't think it is high priority for now since it does not hurt anything. Switch back to Japanese keyboard and back to English keyboard will fix the sync problem. Mark it M16
