Product: Browser → Seamonkey
This is a great idea. Sometimes I have to go to a page source (especially for some XPI extensions) and copy and paste the real download URL. Thereafter there is no option to download from that URL, but the additional button in the download manager would do the trick!

Use File > Open File... from the browser menu to do this, the SeaMonkey team has no intention of implementing it the way described here - but feel free to develop an add-on for SeaMonkey 2 that does it for you!
